ODESSA, UKRAINE - 2023/11/26: A car is driving in a strong snowstorm along Staroportofrankovskaya Street. Odessa weather forecasters believe that the current snowfall has become the heaviest in the last five years and has surpassed the scale of the blizzard of 2009 when the city was completely paralyzed. According to the city authorities, 78 units of equipment and 249 employees are working to eliminate the consequences of bad weather, the city council reported.
