Bosnian Croats set fire to a float carrying this year's carnival mascot, an effigy of the President of the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Judge Carmel Agius, in the southern-Bosnian town of Capljina on February 13, 2018. The mascot, a symbol of misfortune, is to be burned at the end of the carnival festivities.
