Vernissage "Leonismo" By Leon Loewentraut At Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana In Venice

VENICE, ITALY - MAY 21: Eva-Maria Blank and Leon Löwentraut attend the exhibition opening "Leonismo" by artist Leon Loewentraut on May 21, 2021 in Venice, Italy. In the library, directly on St. Mark's Square, the Dusseldorf-based artist is showing around 30 new paintings, exclusive editions and charcoal drawings. The main art work "La Duchessa" tondi (round pictures) by the artist are shown for the first time on special round canvases specially made for the exhibition, a format that the young artist understands as a homage to the old masters. Venice is the first stop on the international exhibition tour "Leonismo", further stops are Vienna, Munich, Zurich, Paris, Zurich, and California.
