California Congresswoman Jackie Speier participates in debate on a resolution mandating sexual harassment training for all who work in the House of Representatives. Speier calls the resolution an important step in the right direction, but that members should not for themselves, that a woman told her of abusive behavior right on the house floor, that Congress had created a system to protect its abusive behavior from being exposed, the members work in a very special, trusted place, but Congress is not special, asking if Harvey Weinstein or Matt Lauer received months of due process before being terminated.
