Congresswoman Sewell exchange at Intelligence hearing on Russia social media disinformation

Alabama Congressman Terri Sewell discusses with representatives of Facebook, Twitter and Google misinformation and influence campaigns by Russian elements in social media because her constituents do not understand how the companies are vetting both content and users but come to find that ads were created by troll farms paid for in rubles, asking who does the vetting, who are content analysts and experts, using the example of a fake Facebook page done by a troll farm trying to incite racial animosity.
