TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY MARC JOURDIER Willem Boulanger, a Belgian living in Democratic Republic of Congo, feeds a gazelle in his small zoo in the backyard of his house in Kolwezi, on May 30, 2015. Boulanger made his home in southeast Katanga province 56 years ago, and at age 83, is embarking on a pet project of founding a game reserve near Kolwezi. With a lease on 16,000 hectares (39,500 acres) of savanna, he plans to bring back a score of mammals that once roamed the region, including leopards, warthogs, giraffes, zebras, gnus and cheetahs.
