73-year-old monument collector in Kharkiv

KHARKIV, UKRAINE - MARCH 16: A view of Stalin's portrait monument at a yard of a carving workshop in Kharkiv, Ukraine on March 16, 2023. 73-year-old Volodymyr Linivy (not seen), started collecting monuments 27 years ago. He found his first Lenin monument in a garbage dump and took it to his yard, later on he decided to collect and exhibit these monuments at his workshop. When Linivy installed these monuments, they were kind of marketing ploy to attract customers to the workshop. In addition to monuments, he collects badges, matches and various figurines.
