Some 145 illegal immigrants from Romania

Some 145 illegal immigrants from Romania embark to be repatriated to their country, at Lille-Lesquin airport, northern France, on October 20, 2009. The flight was organized by the government-run French Committee for Immigration and Integration (OFII). A joint flight to repatriate illegal immigrants from Afghanistan to their country is planned by France and United Kingdom authorities late today in spite of harsh criticism from French left-wing parties and humanitarian associations.
