Rotherham, UNITED KINGDOM: A telephone kiosk and a caravan are seen in flood waters in the Catcliffe area of Sheffield, 26 June 2007 as the level of river water continued to rise across South Yorkshire. Hundreds of people in northern England were evacuated from their homes today after torrential rain that has so far claimed three lives threatened to cause a dam to burst. Prime Minister Tony Blair pledged support for those caught up in the widespread flooding, which also led to the collapse of a bridge in western England.
