Woman Operates "Rabbit Golf Ball" Machine

(Original Caption) 1934-Pinehurst, NC- This is how the jump is put into the "rabbit ball" which has just made its entry into golf. The lady operating the machine is giving the little white pellets the well-known "shot in the arm" that will enable devotees of the game to get greater distance from their drives. The internal pressure is increased as much as 8 pounds per square inch and so the swatter gets some 7-10 added yards.
