A man who sustained injuries to his head is led away by medical staff as Kenyan police, fire crews and emergency workers clear debris from the scene of an explosion in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi on June 5, 2011. At least 28 people were reported injured in the mid-morning explosion along Kirinyaga road, whose cause was yet unknown, just outside the city centre in what is usually a bustling part of the town.
