SPRINGFIELD, VA - APRIL 27: In an event hosted by Second Story, families gather for resources, including Medicaid eligibility and enrollment information offered by Neighborhood Health, outside the Springfield/Franconia Family Resources Center on April 27, 2023, in Springfield, VA. For three years, governments didn't unenroll anyone from Medicaid, but that changes this spring when states and D.C. will begin a year-long process of determining who is still eligible for public health insurance.
