Betty Stinson (Cq) and others collect the petitions, signed by thousands of local residents. Petition asks the local Santa Ana Water Board to require that the two polluters provide safe, replacement water until cleanup of contamination is completed, and that any cleanup removes contamination to below a safety standard of one part per billion.
