Alex Trebek and Others Pointing to Sign

(Original Caption) Hollywood: (L-R) Alex Trebek, Jayne Kennedy, Lou Rawls and LeVar Burton point with pride to the tote board of the seventh annual "Lou Rawls Parade of Stars" telethon as the show's live feed ends late December 28. They money raised will support the education of more than 45,000 students as 45 private, historically black colleges that are part of the United Negro College Fund. The nearly $10 million shown on the board is a preliminary total as additional pledges are expected as the show continues in other cities.
