Published by Seeley, Jackson & Halliday, London, in 1879. During the Trojan War, the city of Troy is burning and Aeneas decides to kill Helen, who he blames for the war. However, Venus appears to him and dissuades him, explaining that Helen is not to blame - it is the fault of the gods.
