David Penna is a New York-based composer and producer whose styles include electronica/ambient, pop/rock and symphonic, as well as unique combinations of those styles together.
His solo album “Failure To Obey a Traffic Control Device” offers 8 tracks ranging from meditative ambience to breakneck-speed beats, and received rave reviews in Keyboard, Good Times and New York Newsday, and made Good Times' “Best Of 2008”.
David's music has appeared in Gametrailers TV, The Real World and several motion pictures. He has authored preset patterns for Korg electronic musical instruments, and has appeared in several of their promotional / educational videos. He has also performed and recorded with such world-renowned artists as Ronnie Spector, Dave Revels (The Coasters), Felix Cavaliere (The Rascals), Ron Jarzombek (Watchtower, Spastic Ink), Planet Hate and Ad Astra.
