WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 11: "Ron Harper", a juvenile male osprey (top) with his mate have returned to nest beneath the South Capitol Bridge on the Anacostia in Washington, DC on April 11, 2014. Ron Harper was one of two male osprey were outfitted with an satellite tracking system by Rob Bierregaard to track their migration. Apparently Ron wintered over in Brazil before coming back to DC to build on pylons on the Anacostia River. (He was named after Bryce Harper's father).
