Afghan Military Hospital Treats Sick and Wounded in Paktia Province

GARDEZ, AFGHANISTAN - MARCH 24: A physician at the Paktia Regional Military Hospital at Forward Operating Base (FOB) Thunder stitches a leg wound on a soldier who was injured by a blast from an improvised explosive device (IED) on March 24, 2014 near Gardez, Afghanistan. The hospital, operated by the Afghan Army, treats wounded and sick soldiers and police from the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF).
