Iraqi pro-government tribal forces hold a position in the Tel Mushaihed area, east of Ramadi, a large city on the Euphrates 100 kilometres (60 miles) west of Baghdad on December 16, 2015 as Iraqi security forces have fought their way to the outskirts of Ramadi, where they have been battling the Islamic State group (IS) jihadists in the past weeks.
