24th British-Irish Council (BIC) Summit

DUBLIN, IRELAND - JUNE 19: First Minister of Wales Carwyn Jones AM meets Irish Taoiseach Enda Kenny at the 24th British-Irish Council (BIC) Summit at Dublin Castle on June 19, 2015 in Dublin, Ireland.
