BANGKOK, THAILAND - 2014/09/12: Billboard for the construction site of " Icon Siam " the biggest community mall project in Thailand. The THB 50-billion Chao Phraya river side development is set to open in 2017 and is being built by three property giants - Siam Piwat, Magnolia Quality Development and Charoen Pokphand will reach 40 and 70 stories high on 80,000 square meters of land on Charoen Nakhon Road.
