KABUL, AFGHANISTAN - JULY 18 : Afghan election workers count ballot papers for an audit of the presidential run-off votes at a election commission office in Kabul on July 18, 2014.The Independent Election Commission (IEC) said it would bring ballot boxes from almost 23,000 polling stations to Kabul and each of the ballots cast would be individually examined.
